Policy Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all fees paid for Membership Registration, Nomination Applications, Processing Fees, and related services for the Press Club Welfare Worldwide Foundation. Please read this policy carefully before submitting any payments.
General Non-Refundable Policy
All Membership Fees, Nomination Application Fees and Processing Fees are **non-refundable**. Fees cover the administrative costs associated with vetting, evaluation, verification, ID card generation, and processing your application/membership, regardless of the final outcome (approved or rejected).
Exceptions (Refundable Circumstances)
Refunds will only be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:
1. **Duplicate Payment:** If a member/nominee is charged more than once for the same transaction/service due to a technical error.
2. **Organizational Cancellation:** If the Foundation is forced to cancel the entire membership program or award cycle without providing an alternative option.
3. **Incorrect Charge:** If the payment amount debited is incorrect due to a system error (e.g., charged ₹10,000 instead of the advertised ₹1,000 fee).

Refund Request Process
Refund requests for the limited exceptional circumstances mentioned above must be submitted in writing via email to the official Foundation contact email within **7 days** of the payment date or cancellation announcement. Requests must include the member/nominee's name, registration ID, transaction details, amount paid, and clear evidence of the exceptional circumstance.
Processing and Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Processing time is typically 10-20 business days, depending on banking procedures. The refund amount may be subject to deduction of non-recoverable payment gateway transaction fees.
