Policy Overview
This Delivery Policy governs the distribution of physical ID cards, awards, certificates, and related documentation to the members and recipients of the Press Club Welfare Worldwide Foundation.
Delivery of Physical Materials
Physical materials (ID cards, awards, medals, framed certificates) will be handed over to the recipient either in person during official events or dispatched via secured courier if the recipient chooses remote receipt or cannot attend in person.
E-Certificate/E-Card Delivery
Members who opt for E-Certificate or E-ID Card will receive a high-resolution digital copy via email within 7 working days following approval or confirmation of receipt of supporting documents.
Shipping Charges and Responsibility
Standard domestic courier charges for physical materials may be included in the registration fee or charged separately, depending on the membership/award type. The recipient is responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. The Foundation is not liable for non-delivery or loss due to incorrect address submission by the recipient.
Damage and Claims
Recipients must inspect materials upon receipt. Claims for physical damage during transit must be reported to the Foundation within 48 hours of delivery, along with photographic evidence, to qualify for a replacement. Replacement logistics and costs will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
